Activities and Adventure in the Bahamas
We have lots to do here at Small Hope Bay, nestled away on Andros in the Bahamas. Activities that will keep everyone happy, from reading in a hammock, learning to dive with our free DSD Course, Diving with Sharks, Snorkeling, Bird Watching and taking a flying leap into a Blue Hole. We've even got a well stocked, completely free bar if you've had enough excitement for the day. We have the best Island Activities available!
Andros is an off-the-beaten-track destination. It is a hub for adventurers seeking outstanding scuba diving and snorkeling, world-class fishing, and one-of-a-kind Nature Tours. Small Hope also lets you be your own guide. Our all-inclusive rate includes full access to our bicycles, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, windsurfer, and sailboat.
And if you need some inactivity . . . we have plenty of hammocks, a well-stocked library, beach loungers, and a hot tub right on the beach!

Snorkeling
In addition to our daily boat excursions to the reef, we have lots to see under the water right from the shore. Grab a mask and snorkel and jump off the dock – there you'll see schools of grunts and snapper, maybe a lobster or octopus, or one of our friendly rays. You can snorkel at 6 different places all along our beach!
Captain Bill's Blue Hole
Whether you choose to ride a bike a have us arrange transportation for you, Captain Bill's is an experience you shouldn't miss. Just a few miles from the resort, the blue hole is surrounded by tall, Andros pine forest, wild orchids, and secluded beauty.
Make your own batik
Visit the Androsia Batik Factory and souvenir shop. You can tour the factory, shop for clothing and fabric in the boutique, or even test your own creative skills with a Batik lesson. While in town you can visit the historic lighthouse or take a stroll along the Fresh Creek dock.
